🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Leading development teams through the full software development lifecycle
✔️ Defining and enforcing engineering best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines
✔️ Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
✔️ Conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
✔️ Overseeing technical delivery timelines and resolving technical blockers
✔️ Driving adoption of modern technologies, tools, and agile methodologies
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with leadership responsibilities
✔️ Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#)
✔️ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles
✔️ Experience with architecture design, API development, CI/CD, and microservices
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
