🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Managing end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to execution and closure
✔️ Coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders
✔️ Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
✔️ Ensuring adherence to project governance, risk management, and compliance standards
✔️ Facilitating agile ceremonies or managing waterfall/hybrid methodologies as needed
✔️ Communicating progress clearly with stakeholders and resolving roadblocks proactively
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience managing IT/software development projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello)
✔️ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM methodologies
✔️ Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔️ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
