🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Designing AI/ML models for medical imaging, EHR analysis, diagnostics, and predictive healthcare
✔️ Collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, and developers to create safe, accurate AI solutions
✔️ Ensuring AI models comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MHRA)
✔️ Validating models using real-world clinical datasets and robust evaluation metrics
✔️ Integrating AI tools into clinical workflows with a focus on usability and interpretability
✔️ Contributing to research publications and innovation in digital health
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience applying AI/ML in healthcare or life sciences domains
✔️ Familiarity with medical imaging (e.g., CT, MRI), EHR systems, or genomics data
✔️ Strong skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
✔️ Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR) is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
✔️ Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
