🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Designing AI/ML models for fraud detection, credit scoring, algorithmic trading, and risk modeling
✔️ Leveraging predictive analytics to improve financial forecasting and portfolio optimization
✔️ Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and finance professionals to deliver high-impact solutions
✔️ Ensuring model accuracy, fairness, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FCA, GDPR)
✔️ Working with time-series data and building robust, scalable financial AI pipelines
✔️ Contributing to the development of AI strategies within financial products and platforms
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong background in AI/ML with applications in finance, banking, or fintech
✔️ Experience with financial datasets, time-series modeling, and statistical analysis
✔️ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
✔️ Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance considerations
✔️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
✔️ Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
