NLP Specialist

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Designing and developing NLP models for tasks like text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and summarization
✔️ Applying transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, RoBERTa) to real-world applications
✔️ Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases
✔️ Building pipelines to preprocess and clean large volumes of unstructured text data
✔️ Collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end NLP solutions
✔️ Evaluating model performance and optimizing for accuracy, speed, and scalability

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong experience in NLP, computational linguistics, or applied machine learning
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or similar libraries
✔️ Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
✔️ Understanding of LLMs, attention mechanisms, and transformer architectures
✔️ Ability to translate business problems into NLP-driven solutions
✔️ MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI, or related field preferred
