UX Designer

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of target audiences
✔️ Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile applications
✔️ Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives
✔️ Iterating designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics
✔️ Ensuring a consistent and cohesive design system across all digital platforms
✔️ Applying best practices in accessibility and usability to ensure an inclusive user experience
✔️ Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final products
✔️ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability
✔️ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
✔️ Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Marvel)
✔️ Knowledge of front-end development and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams
✔️ A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
✔️ Relevant certifications in UX/UI design or related areas are a plus
