Transfer Learning Specialist

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Applying transfer learning techniques to accelerate training and improve model generalization
✔️ Fine-tuning and adapting large-scale pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT, ResNet) to new domains
✔️ Designing experiments to evaluate domain adaptation and task transfer effectiveness
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy efficient and scalable ML solutions
✔️ Building pipelines for multi-task, domain adaptation, and few-shot learning tasks
✔️ Exploring continual learning and mitigating catastrophic forgetting in transferred models

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Deep understanding of transfer learning, domain adaptation, and representation learning
✔️ Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
✔️ Familiarity with foundation models in NLP and computer vision
✔️ Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, optimization, and statistics
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔️ Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
