System Administrator

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime
✔️ Monitoring system performance, performing regular backups, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness
✔️ Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) and hardware
✔️ Managing system security, applying patches, and handling firewalls and antivirus solutions
✔️ Supporting users with IT issues, system access, and other related technical problems
✔️ Automating system tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
✔️ Documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes
✔️ Collaborating with the IT team to improve processes and implement system upgrades
✔️ Ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry regulations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role
✔️ Strong knowledge of server and network management (Windows, Linux, macOS)
✔️ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
✔️ Familiarity with system monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Nagios, Ansible, Puppet)
✔️ Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
✔️ Solid understanding of system security, backup solutions, and disaster recovery
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
✔️ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus
✔️ A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
