Security Awareness Specialist

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Designing and delivering engaging security awareness training programs for employees at all levels
✔️ Conducting regular phishing simulations and social engineering tests to assess employee preparedness
✔️ Developing educational materials such as newsletters, videos, and e-learning courses on security best practices
✔️ Collaborating with the IT and security teams to reinforce security policies and practices across the organization
✔️ Evaluating the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives through surveys, metrics, and incident reduction tracking

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Security Awareness Specialist or in a similar role within cybersecurity
✔️ Strong understanding of common cyber threats, including phishing, social engineering, and malware
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
✔️ Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and security campaigns
✔️ Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are highly desirable
