Product Manager

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
✔️ Conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscapes
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to bring products to market
✔️ Prioritizing features and defining product requirements based on customer feedback and business objectives
✔️ Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
✔️ Managing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements
✔️ Communicating product strategy and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment
✔️ Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
✔️ Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
✔️ Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive insights to make data-driven decisions
✔️ Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, ProductPlan)
✔️ A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
✔️ Relevant certifications in product management or agile methodologies are a plus
