🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Designing, developing, and validating predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
✔️ Analyzing historical data to forecast trends, behaviors, and outcomes across domains
✔️ Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
✔️ Enhancing model accuracy, interpretability, and deployment performance
✔️ Leveraging tools like Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based analytics platforms
✔️ Communicating model results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong background in statistics, data science, or predictive analytics
✔️ Experience with machine learning techniques like regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting
✔️ Proficiency in tools like Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost), R, SQL, and visualization libraries
✔️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data pipeline workflows
✔️ Ability to balance model performance with interpretability and business relevance
✔️ Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (MSc/PhD preferred)
