🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Designing conversational flows for AI-driven chatbots, voice assistants, and virtual agents
✔️ Creating user-centric dialogue scripts and interaction models using tools like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Voiceflow
✔️ Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to align voice and chat UX with business goals
✔️ Conducting usability tests and iterating based on real user feedback and performance data
✔️ Incorporating personality, tone, and brand voice into AI conversations
✔️ Applying NLP best practices to improve user satisfaction and task completion rates
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience designing chat or voice experiences for conversational interfaces
✔️ Familiarity with NLP, NLU, and tools like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or similar
✔️ Strong understanding of user experience (UX), linguistics, and conversation theory
✔️ Ability to think from both technical and human perspectives
✔️ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✔️ Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Linguistics, or related field is a plus
