Compliance Specialist

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Conducting regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
✔️ Developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
✔️ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance across all operational processes and systems
✔️ Assisting with risk assessments and the implementation of mitigation strategies
✔️ Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensuring they are applied throughout the organization

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Compliance Specialist or in a similar regulatory role
✔️ Solid knowledge of data privacy laws, risk management, and industry standards
✔️ Experience with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks
✔️ Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable
