Compliance Officer

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s compliance program and policies
✔️ Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, FCA, PCI-DSS)
✔️ Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance issues and best practices
✔️ Collaborating with legal, IT, and business teams to manage and mitigate compliance risks
✔️ Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role within a regulated industry
✔️ Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or SOX
✔️ Excellent understanding of risk management, audit processes, and internal controls
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory language
✔️ Certifications such as CCEP, CISA, or CAMS are highly desirable
