Business Analyst

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to define project scope and objectives
✔️ Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and translating them into technical specifications
✔️ Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities
✔️ Supporting project teams in the development and testing of business solutions
✔️ Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
✔️ Ensuring project deliverables align with business goals and user needs
✔️ Continuously monitoring and evaluating business processes for ongoing improvements and optimizations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably in IT or project management
✔️ Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
✔️ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
✔️ Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, or Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
✔️ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
✔️ A degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
✔️ Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
