🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Conducting original research in areas like deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and reinforcement learning
✔️ Developing new AI models and algorithms that push the boundaries of current capabilities
✔️ Publishing research papers, patents, and presenting at top AI conferences
✔️ Collaborating with engineering teams to transfer research into production-ready solutions
✔️ Leveraging large-scale datasets and compute resources to train and test models
✔️ Staying at the forefront of AI advancements and contributing to long-term research strategy
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in AI research, preferably with published papers in top-tier journals or conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, etc.)
✔️ Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and computer science
✔️ Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
✔️ Experience working with large-scale models and distributed training systems
✔️ PhD or MSc in AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
✔️ Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and collaborate across teams
