🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Developing and enforcing AI governance frameworks aligned with ethical and regulatory standards
✔️ Collaborating with legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure responsible AI deployment
✔️ Conducting risk assessments and audits for AI/ML systems
✔️ Monitoring compliance with data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, AI Act) and internal policies
✔️ Advising on explainability, bias mitigation, and model transparency practices
✔️ Supporting internal education and awareness of responsible AI development
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in AI governance, tech policy, compliance, or data ethics
✔️ Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO standards for AI)
✔️ Familiarity with machine learning and its operational lifecycle
✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
✔️ Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive governance initiatives
✔️ Degree in Law, Ethics, AI, Data Governance, or a related discipline
