🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
✔️ Developing and implementing ethical frameworks for AI/ML projects
✔️ Conducting ethical reviews of AI algorithms, models, and datasets
✔️ Identifying and mitigating potential biases, fairness issues, and risks in AI systems
✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines
✔️ Providing expert advice on privacy, transparency, accountability, and human rights in AI
✔️ Keeping up with AI regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure AI integrity
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or a related field
✔️ Strong understanding of machine learning, data privacy laws, and ethical considerations in AI
✔️ Ability to apply ethical theory and principles to real-world AI applications
✔️ Experience with AI governance frameworks and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, IEEE, ISO)
✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for ethical AI practices across teams
✔️ Degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, Ethics, or related field (advanced qualifications are a plus)
