Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy chatbots using AI and NLP technologies.
Create conversational flows and ensure a seamless user experience.
Integrate chatbots with existing platforms, APIs, and databases.
Continuously test and improve chatbot performance for accuracy and responsiveness.
Stay updated with advancements in chatbot frameworks and conversational AI.
Requirements:
Experience with chatbot frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI principles.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for chatbot deployment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
