Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI tools and systems.
Assist users in deploying and integrating AI solutions effectively.
Monitor AI system performance and provide feedback for optimization.
Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with development teams to address recurring issues and improve system reliability.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of AI systems and machine learning fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Python and AI tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment environments.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
