Project Manager

✔️ Lead end-to-end project delivery across IT, software, and digital transformation initiatives.

✔️ Manage dependencies between multiple workstreams and teams.

✔️ Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases.

✔️ Work closely with clients or internal leadership for requirement clarity.

✔️ Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security guidelines.

✔️ Monitor project performance metrics and perform variance analysis.

✔️ Support process improvement initiatives for better project outcomes.

✔️ Facilitate problem-solving workshops and retrospective sessions.

✔️ Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively.

✔️ Oversee testing, deployment, handover, and post-go-live support.

✔️ Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and training for end users.

✔️ Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all project cycles.
