As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world problems, drive automation, and provide data-driven insights to transform business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to specific use cases
✔️ Work with large-scale datasets to extract features and build predictive models
✔️ Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to streamline data pipelines
✔️ Develop deep learning architectures using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
✔️ Integrate ML models into production environments with APIs and scalable systems
✔️ Research the latest AI trends and propose innovative solutions
✔️ Tune hyperparameters to optimize model accuracy and efficiency
✔️ Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization for model evaluation
✔️ Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
✔️ Translate business requirements into technical specifications
✔️ Ensure ethical AI practices and reduce model bias
✔️ Use NLP techniques for chatbots, sentiment analysis, and document classification
✔️ Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
✔️ Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and workflows
✔️ Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
