IT Support Internship

Overview:
We are seeking IT Support Interns to join our growing IT operations team. This internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and learning how to maintain IT systems in a professional business environment. You will be mentored by experienced IT professionals and get exposure to enterprise-level tools and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.
✔️ Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems reported by users.
✔️ Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
✔️ Help with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
✔️ Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
✔️ Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
✔️ Support network troubleshooting including LAN/WAN connectivity.
✔️ Assist with software deployment and updates across systems.
✔️ Provide support for Office 365 and email configurations.
✔️ Help with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
✔️ Shadow IT engineers during server and cloud-related tasks.
✔️ Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance checks.
✔️ Participate in daily IT team stand-ups and meetings.
✔️ Learn ticket management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow/Jira.
✔️ Gain exposure to backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
✔️ Assist in end-user training and support documentation.
