Job Description:
✔️ Support day-to-day IT operations and maintenance.
✔️ Assist in server installation and upgrades.
✔️ Configure routers, switches, and network devices.
✔️ Monitor hardware performance and usage.
✔️ Support helpdesk in ticket resolution.
✔️ Install and update system software.
✔️ Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
✔️ Participate in network troubleshooting.
✔️ Configure VPN and remote access.
✔️ Assist in implementing backup procedures.
✔️ Help with cybersecurity patch updates.
✔️ Create network topology documentation.
✔️ Support migration to cloud-based solutions.
✔️ Monitor bandwidth and resource allocation.
✔️ Participate in hardware audits.
✔️ Coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
✔️ Support setup of employee workstations.
✔️ Research and suggest IT process improvements.
✔️ Document IT support tickets and resolutions.
✔️ Participate in system reliability testing.
