Responsibilities:
✔️ Respond to support requests and IT tickets
✔️ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
✔️ Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and networks
✔️ Maintain user and system documentation
✔️ Support basic server and network tasks
✔️ Help manage user accounts and access rights
✔️ Install and update software and drivers
✔️ Learn to use ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, JIRA)
✔️ Educate users on IT best practices
✔️ Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
